At Metroplex Medical Transportation, the health and safety of our passengers is our priority. We support and abide by all directives from State officials and the Centers for Disease Control. In response, we are actively monitoring the situation and taking the precautionary steps as recommended by government officials and health organizations to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
In response to these directives, all drivers and MMT staff have been trained on proper handwashing techniques and have sanitizer, gloves, masks, and spill kits readily at their disposal.
Vehicles are sanitized daily and after each passenger trip based upon CDC guidance. Staff are advised to stay home when sick and to frequently clean touched surfaces and objects. If passengers are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, it will be reported immediately to the healthcare provider or facility director.
We are prepared to initiate safety protocols as necessary, to proactively engage with clients and passengers to accommodate any modified procedures to ensure the safety of all affected by this crisis.
Thank you,
